The selective service should be abolished and the draft should be constitutionally prohibited.
I agree, except for one thing: As far as I'm concerned, no amendment is needed because the draft is unconstitutional, regardless of what the stooges on the Supreme Court say.

The constittion only matters as it is interpreted.
At the present time, this is unfortunately true.

In any case, I wouldn't worry. Congress isn't going to vote for a draft. We're more likely to see Cheney impeached than that.
