My understanding is ones status of a Hispanic is treated as separate in racial questioning on the US census, so that one can identify as Hispanic and as white, black, biracial, other, etc. So in that case you are wrong and not all Hispanics are counted as white.

It's the other way around.
In past census forms, one who is Hispanic would identify themselves as White, and then there is a sub-question to ask if you consider yourself Hispanic.
But they could make a change for the new census next year.

Additionally, according to the US census in 2000 and 2010, only 48% and 53% of Hispanics identified as white respectively. So you are not correct in saying all Hispanics are classified as white.

"White Hispanics" are a thing, and Hispanic isn't a race, it's an ethnicity.
regardless, even if this man was Hispanic or Asian or whatever else, obviously 99% of Neo-Nazis are white men.

I'm aware Hispanic is a ethno-cultural term and not a racial term, which is why I described him as "mixed race". Regardless, this man obviously isn't a White Hispanic/Criollo. Thus, using this incident to attack white males is absurd.
