Each state gets 538 Electoral Votes. 102 Electoral Votes would be allocated at-large while the remaining 436 Electoral Votes would be allocated within each of the electoral districts (which would be a number of districts equal to the number of Reps plus Senators). For example, Wyoming would be divided into 3 electoral districts while California would be divided into 55 electoral districts. I would support distributing the electoral votes for the electoral districts by population. What do you think?
