These dudes are not going to win a primary.

Why them in particular and not the other "convicters"?

Because they actually voted to impeach Trump (obviously Costello could not vote but he openly supported the impeachment).

Fitzpatrick on the other hand voted against it, Sandoval and Sununu never expressed their opinion on this issue so even if they back it it could not be used against them in a primary, Scott and Hogan would have voted to convict, but as they will never be senator they don't belong on this list, as for Yee I'm not sure why you think she would have voted this way, she doesn't look like a NeverTrump.
