I'd also suggest adding a new Newbie of the Year category. There's been quite a few newbies who've come into Atlasia in the past year and made very positive contributions.

I'd say Verily for best Newbie. He's PPT and does a lot of hard work in the Senate. Also, he's among the most agreeable senators, along with Moderate.
