Impossible. A "civil war" would play out more like a coup with the winning faction commandeering the existing US government. Also, it's missing the point and a little Tucker Carlsony to say that BLM would become a political party when the idea is that ending police brutality shouldn't be up for debate.

Sadly, the American people don't yet have an appetite for a legit revolution. None of our institutions, or even our identity, would come out of that the same. You're proposing a slightly more moderate US.
