Badnarik

Yellow: Badnarik - 184
Green: Cobb - 144
Red: Peroutka - 106
Blue: Nader - 104

As for the popular vote, I'd say 28 for Badnarik, 26 for Cobb, 23 each for Nader and Peroutka

Remember that Cobb and Nader would basically take each other's votes, preventing either from taking many of the swing states.

Election would go to the House, where I suspect Cobb would win.

Texas would go for Peroutka since he is the only social conservative.

Georgia would also vote for Peroutka.

Hawaii would likely go for Cobb.

Why would Badnarik lose his home state?

I suppose Badnarik could eke out a win in Texas with a home state bounce.

Then again, in this hypothetical election, there wouldn't be as much of a home state bounce since none of the candidates hold elective office in their home state.
