Yes, and they should also be eligible for the draft, so long as there is one.

There shouldn't be a draft (or even selective service) but I agree if there is to be a draft, it should include both genders.

Most women cannot take the emotional environment of an Annapolis or West Point.

Even if this is true, why should the ones who are emotionally ready not be allowed?

Whether it's combat or military academies, obviously a higher percentage of men than women would excel at it, but that doesn't mean that the few women who can make it, should be denied their rights.
