I see her losing narrowly by 2% odd. I don't see her going the GOP. It will be awesome to have a strong progressive block in Sanders, Warren, Feingold, Brown, Merkley, Ross in the Senate! I can see this strong block influencing the policy for years.
I don't understand why you'd group Ross with the others you mentioned. I assumed that she was a fairly standard centrist Democrat?
She's a liberal, having led the NC-ACLU and represented a safe Dem state House seat. If she wins, I don't know if she would move to the center to represent NC/get reelected.
