San Francisco/Bay area of course. Besides that, possibly Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, Richmond, Austin, Albuquerque, Los Angeles, and Miami (if that's a metro).

Bay Area is not Interior West. My Metro (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) is certainly up there, at least w.r.t. the South.
