Juneteenth is a celebration, as many of you know on what happened in Texas where the final enforcement of the emancipation proclamation took place in 1965 and the final day when all slaves were free
false

Slavery still existed in Delaware, Kentucky, and to a tiny extent, New Jersey until December 6th 1865.

I believe West Virginia as well.
