Border patrol seen whipping Haitians with lassos and yelling at them

Is there any video of the whipping?
Obviously the actual items in the pictures aren't a whip but you can still use them as a whip.
It does look by photo there is a whip in action but I haven't seen any video.

The photographer behind images depicting Border Patrol agents on horseback told KTSM things are not exactly what they seem when it comes to the photos.

The photographs, which were taken Sunday, appear to show agents on horses with a whip in hand. The photos caused outrage because from certain angles, it appears to show Border Patrol whipping migrants, but photographer Paul Ratje said he and his colleagues never saw agents whipping anyone.

I wouldn't be surprised if Governor Abbott offers these border patrol officers real whips along with their new jobs:

Did you even see the past 4 posts? There is no proof they actually whipped anyone at all even with their fake whips.
