https://districtr.org
It only has a few a states and I feel like its a bit more clunky than DRA 2020 but it does have Texas,NC,GA,WI and a few more states along with the DRA3(VA,MI,PA) data for 2016. Obviously for a state like Texas where Romney +20 and Clinton +1 districts exist PVI is a horrible metric along with 2010 population.

This should be a good alternative.

Texas has 2016 president along with 2012 but no 2008(not that matters) but also gets all 2014 races.

I actually introduced ElectionTwitter to DistritR since I went to the conference where Moon Dunchin unveiled it, and actually recommended her to add the TX data. I also assume Moun knows about it since he went to the past few months redistricting panels where she talked. But if anyone else didn't know about it, consider this your introduction!

Also they added a county lines toggle this week, after I bugged them to for a while now, so the site now has a high degree of usability.

Oh yeah I got it from someone you retweeted. Just wanted to share with atlas.

Oh yeah DRA 2020 has it out anyway.

Btw how do you change it from partisan color from obama 2008  to the 2016. Seeing blue spots in SW virginia and completely blue wisconsin is annoying.
