Telling someone they need to be sent to the gulags is nothing, and actually it's funny as hell (I wish I would have thought of that one).

I didn't hear about this "helicopter ride" incident regarding Yellowhammer.
If he is implying the practice of dropping/pushing people out of a helicopter to kill them, then that is a direct act of committing violence (murder).
Being sent to a gulag is like saying you are sending someone to (a harsh) prison/jail. Though being in one is obviously dangerous, I dont find that comment equally violent as a "free helicopter ride."
