Given that they pull in $79,500 a year, I'd be surprised to see a State Senator commit political suicide over a seat in the U.S. House.  Not exactly a good time to be looking for a new job, especially if you're a Republican in New York.

"Dude with money" actually raises the chances of a (D) retainment drastically.

A special election is not a standard election

It does?  You mean to tell me that the Democratic candidate wouldn't have money no matter who they are?

Going from nothing to the U.S. House is the exception, not the rule.

Delaware County Absentees:
Murphy 139
Tedisco 119
Objections 9
Military/Overseas not counted 33

That shrinks Tedisco's lead to 4.

The absentees counted thus far came in 4.05% better for Murphy in Delaware than the machine count.

I think we're almost at the point where we can call the election for Murphy.

Not without seeing results from Saratoga County and the military absentees.

Don't feed trolls.
