I seem to recall this being a big deal in IL-14.

Apples and oranges.  Hillary used stock footage from Getty, which is entirely unavoidable for professional campaign ads.  There's no way to research that stuff.  And the actors were not portrayed as Clinton supporters.  It's just footage of people in bed.  Pretty harmless stuff.

Oberweis used stock pictures, but here's where it gets a little different: he started putting a name to the Getty models and giving them a backstory.  That's a flat out lie, and he was rightfully shamed for it.
