Massachusetts, most definitely.  Republicans control 5 of 40 seats in the State Senate, and 19 of 160 in the State House (IIRC).

The kicker is that had Republicans won every seat they contested in 2006, Democrats would still control a majority in the State House, State Senate, and control a majority of the statewide elected offices.
