It's not going to happen, but I'd prefer to see Democrats lose both to the Republicans for the two years.  That'd be the kind of lesson in good government that Senate and Assembly Democrats sorely need.

I mean, how many Democrats under federal investigation or indictment are currently seeking re-election to the legislature?  Five?  Six?  More?

Ah, okay.  Just seeing it now, Scutari, Gordon, Voss, and Stack are "merely" supeonaed.

All I can say is that I'm glad I can be 100% certain my Senator and Assemblypeople are not involved in this sort of thing. I wouldn't put it past Rothman, though.

I can't speak for Gordon because I've never met him.  I've always just assumed he was a reformer by virtue of his running mates.  If Weinberg and Huttle didn't exist, I have a feeling he'd be allied with Ferriero out of necessity.

I've met Loretta Weinberg and have tremendous respect for the work she does.

I've also met Val Huttle.
