I would imagine being able to afford an insanely nice, luxury, loft-style condo [with secure, underground parking, I hope] in North Minneapolis for half of what I'm paying to live in a nice condo in Boston, so I chose Minneapolis.

I wouldn't be able to stand living in the middle of nowhere, even if nowhere is comfortably suburbanized.
