Democrats barely lost this chamber in 2021 (48-52) under a map that was a Republican gerrymander outside of the Hampton Roads area.  The new map was Court drawn and Democrats benefit from seats shifting from the heavily Republican southwest to NOVA as well as Fredericksburg being united in a single district.  Based on the results elsewhere, I think Dems probably would have won this chamber had it been up this year?  Anyone disagree or have any other thoughts?
