Justice Ernest,

The information in question wasn't exactly the specific lists. There was a post by the SoFA listing registered voters who would not be allowed to vote in upcoming elections due to inactivity which, as far as I know, would call into question the idea that I had a "primary identity" in Atlasia. I was included in that post and I sent that to my counsel just yesterday. I cannot find that post now.

That's because you didn't look properly. Tongue

The following registered voters have not posted 15 times during the 8 weeks before poll opening, and any votes cast by them will have to be considered invalid:

Akno, blerpiez, Brandon W, Daniel X, Defarge, DWPerry, Emsworth (one post short), Jasengle, Fritz, Keystone Phil, MHS2002, PGSable, Naso, Rinchan, Teasindy, Wildcard, Assad, Wise Guy, Yates, Andrew Berger.

Matchu[D] has not attained 25 posts since his registration, and will continue to be considered a new voter.

Notice that a) you would indeed not have been able to cast two votes if you had continued to use Naso's account without also making a comeback under your own account, which I personally would have found relevant if I had been a juror, b) it doesn't prove anything about your "primary identity in Atlasia" - indeed, notice that Naso too is listed  - to summarise, it doesn't mean (in my layman's interpretation. Not aiming to influence the court here in any way) that you didn't break the law, but it does affect the severity of the offense and should been taken into account in sentencing.

Because the voter rolls are kept in the Ernest Annexe of the Fritz Building for Forum Affairs, which is situated in Nyman, DC, which is in the Mideast, I would think that *all* registration-related crime occurs in the Mideast.
