Quite bad but not utterly horrible test. I had to vote neither/high on a couple of questions. Grin
And when I said it didn't matter what qualifications my candidate has, I maybe should have stressed that he should have political experience of some sort. Why is Kuci so low, that makes no sense. There was no question on electability?

I'd do an IRV count if I could decide on the order in which to eliminate the single result candidates...

Bah, I'll do one anyways. I'll just compare tied candidates as a  tiebreaker (ie, count it as if everybody else had been eliminated.)

Vilsack 3
Warner 2. Warner eliminated. Warner vote passes to Bayh (now 9).

Third round - among the eight tied candidates, test results were
Dodd 9
Kerry 8
Gingrich, McCain 6
Clinton, Richardson 5
Pataki 4
Vilsack 3. Vilsack eliminated. Vote passes to Feingold (now 14).

Fourth round - among the seven tied candidates, test results were
Dodd 10

fifth round - among the five tied candidates, test results were
Dodd - 12
Gingrich - 11

Clinton - 7. Clinton and McCain eliminated. Votes transfer to Clark and Frist (now 3 each.)

sixth round - among the three tied candidates, test results were
Dodd 20
Gingrich 13
Kerry 13. Gingrich and Kerry eliminated. Votes transfer to Clark (now 4) and Allen (now 5) - ie not to Dodd. ie, why did I do this count anyways when I could have just checked where these two votes were going?

seventh round - Dodd vote transfers to Clark.

Current results -
Feingold 14

Among the tied candidates...
Kucinich 14
Gore 13
Richardson 8
Tancredo 7
Brownback 4. Brownback eliminated. Both votes transfer to Allen (now 7).

Among the tied candidates...
Gore 14
Kucinich 14
Tancredo 10
Richardson 8. Richardson eliminated. Both votes flow to Bayh (now 11).

Among the tied candidates...
Gore 18
Kucinich 15
Tancredo 13. Tancredo eliminated. Both votes flow to Frist (now 5). As a result its not necessary to break the Gore-Kucinich tie (fairly sure Gore would have won it, though.) Two votes each flowing to Feingold (now 16) and Clark (now 7).

Current standings:
Feingold 16
Bayh 11
Allen 7
Clark 7
Frist 5. Frist eliminated. As was sort of to be expected, all 5 flow to Allen.

Feingold 16
Allen 12
Bayh 11
Clark 7. Clark eliminated. All 7 flow to Feingold.

Feingold 23
Allen 12
Bayh 11. Bayh eliminated.

And the final count:
Feingold 26
Allen 20. Feingold wins, courtesy of Allen pipping Bayh. (Feingold-Bayh stands at 23-22 with one incompletely posted result. I'm very sure it's actually a tie.)
