Should 20RP12 be banned?

Seems like I missed the fun.

Evidently, one offense like that, made in good or even reasonably goodish faith, could not possibly be grounds for banning.

But now I kinda want to know what site we might be talking about, as well as the context. I tend to avoid flamewar threads.
