Mark each race to pretend that you are not a party hack. Remember - they can't tell whether you're actually n-1 people who hid their straight-ticket Dem vote and one who hid his straight-ticket R vote, or n people who all supported a single Republican, this happening to be a different Republican each time. And "the other party are all such hacks, the only reason they win the lower offices is because you can vote straight party in this state" is a talking point we have seen.
