The only one I'd definitely leave out would be Ho Chi Minh. I like the idea of including Raphael, Mozart, and Rembrandt, but they are also three I'd probably vote out in the initial rounds.
I could go either way on Nebuchadnezzar, Churchill, and von Braun.
Giotto, Darius, and Ramses (good pick, btw, I wouldn't have thought of going quite that far back) are three I definitely want. Charles V did much during his time, so why not? I'd also include Gandhi, as he is pretty much the gold standard for civil disobedience.
Speaking of Palins, let's include Michael.
