I'm as anti-Cuomo as they get...but come on,  this not scandalous whatsoever.   If he was a Republican I would say this is 100% non-offensive as well.

Anyone who takes insult from this is pathetic.
If he were a Republican there would be riots in the streets but since he's a Democrat it's 0% scandalous, 0% offensive, and 100% woke.
