Challenging this frankly ridiculous and dictatorial decision. It is no more impractical than the existing Army Corps of Engineers - a highly skilled and trained non-warfaring force that assists military and civilian communities through projects and advising. It is frivolous only if you believe the destruction of the American wine market - brought on by the global pandemic as well as unfavourable weather conditions - is a good thing.

I concur with Congressman HCP's objection. This bill should come to the floor.
I agree with Rep. Ted Bessell. I have been targeted by this frivolous "frivolous" designation in the past and it's time to end it.
As three Representatives have objected to the Speaker's ruling on the SLOSHED Act, the bill must be brought to the floor.
