So where was the police department last night? Did officers just not show up?

So what are the chances the cop walks? 90%? 95%?
It's definitely not that high. But, I could see it becoming a Rodney King scenario where the defense team of the officers asks for and receives a change of venue (to a what I assume would end up being a whiter suburban county) due to the intense media coverage about the incident. Then the officers end up being acquitted by a presumably not all that diverse jury (the King jury was all non-African American with a bi-racial man, Latina woman, and an Asian woman while the rest of the jury was white).

Louisville police firing at the press:

The response by the cops has only made these situations worse.
I would bet money that cop shooting rubber bullets at a TV crew is a Bevin voter.

The college football hall of fame has been destroyed. Take every terrorist who cares to be outside their home out by any means necessary.
Here's a link: College Football Hall of Fame damaged in Atlanta protests

From what I've seen, Atlanta's situation seems to be the most out of control for no reasonable justification. Minneapolis has some justification for burning and looting due to Floyd's completely inexcusable death at the hands of police. But Atlanta? Why Atlanta? Why the CNN Center? Why the freaking College Football Hall of Fame? It seems like its more of an excuse for those who like destroying things to do so, more than anything

Where would outsiders even come from?
The closest outside area is Dane county 4 hours away.
The anarchists are probably suburban young adults living in their parents basement.
Screw Tim Walz for lying and I cant believe Barr and Trump believe its state lines
Nationwide riots cant be from across state lines.
Local government and its leaders always talk about "outsiders" being the ones doing the "bad stuff" during riots. I remember that being an accusation in Baltimore a few years ago and read about Detroit officials blaming outsiders in 1967. It deflects responsibility from local and state officials if people from somewhere else are blamed.
