Help me here, peeps: if the recall effort fails, is there a provision that prevents or disallows a second recall effort from immediately beginning? (Though I presume that there will be no interest in devoting the time and money into such a thing).

Los Angeles County: Minority and White Dem turnout
Orange County: Suburban voters
Imperial County: Hispanic Turnout
Santa Clara County: Newsom's home region advantage
Kern County: Hispanic and GOP turnout
Santa Barbara County: Statewide Bellwether
Shasta County: GOP turnout
Yolo County: College voter turnout
San Francisco: Newsom's home turf
Nevada County: Ski Resorts
  

Inyo County: the County's one and only voter.  What will he do?

If it’s a 56-41 result then I think the recall will narrowly carry OC.

While I would have preferred "YES" on recall, I would have been horrified if Elder had been that replacement. 

I've gotta get my politics straightened out.
