Wyoming expanded its legislature two-years ago I don't think anyone noticed

The legislature approved Wyoming HB100 on March 11. The bill added one Senate seat and two House of Representatives seats to the state legislature.

I noticed that in the 2022 state senate elction it said that there was a new seat in the senate, but this is all I could find about that news. I have no idea when the last time a state grew/shrunk it's legislature so I'm surprised this flew so far under the radar

I imagine it flew under the radar in part because the legislature is so heavily represented by one party already and has rarely been competitive in terms of overall control, so what difference did it make if they added a few extra seats?

Kinda a small note but in the last four years the only area outside the big cities with democrats in the legislature, Green River/Rock Springs, and Lander, lost re-election in the last two cycles
