Can the special prosecutor be dismissed at the Attorney General's will? The President's? Both? Neither? That should probably be decided on, unless there's some other law dealing with deputy cabinet officer appointments.

Er, Aye, unless there's some way to re-open debate. There really needs to be something in here about how the Special Prosecutor is dismissed and clarification of how independent of the AG (and his term) the special prosecutor is.
