Dollars to donuts those two precincts  are the one in each county into which all the absentee ballots are dumped

Bingo. I'm guessing that's all we have so far; look at Thompson's vote totals. He's actually getting support from the early votes.
If that's true, Rudy's screwed.

So far, approx turnout with 30% reporting:
718,000 for the Democrats
870,000 for the Republicans

Pretty decent showing for the Democrats, considering it didn't mean anything and no one campaigned or had any GOTV effort.
