Bushie have you ever shopped at the Asian supermarket?
Ha.

Actually Asian supermarkets tend to have a lot of tasty and healthy stuff available. Alas...

Yes, it would be great for him! Much better than the wal-mart.

Bushie, you never answered if you actually believe that my relationship with Jesus (which is non-existant) is the most important thing in my life.

On the topic of unanswered questions, I find it very troubling that he refuses to tell us whether or not he's ever shopped at the Asian market.

You know they don't sell dog meat at the Asian market right? It's actually a great place to get cheap, quality food.

I have full faith in Bushie's ability to keep the floors of this mystery, yet-to-be-opened grocery mart sprick and spran.

Wow a supermarket storyline AND a romantic storyline are both brewing?? This is exciting! Throw in a "Bushie goes to the Asian supermarket" storyline and this could be one of the greatest seasons of all time.

Also I applaud King for his restraint in not picking this more well known Commodores song to commemorate the occasion.

Bushie, how many minutes per day are you walking now? Still stuck at 20?

It's basically impossible to ruin a cut of meat anyway. It's not like we're telling you to make a souffle or something. Worst case scenario you overcook it and it's a little bit tough. It'll still be better than 90% of the over-priced garbage you routinely stuff down your throat. A 35-year-old man being afraid to cook a simple cut of meat for himself is pathetic.

Does anyone have any ideas for marinades for chicken

plain yogurt, garlic, ginger, curry powder, trumeric, black pepper, salt

marinate for about four hours (too long and the acidity in the yogurt starts "cooking" the chicken which will make it dry)

Official weigh-in for Tuesday, March 3, 2015 - 286.4.

One of the reasons I am serious about this lifestyle change is I cannot hide it any longer my body is showing signs of breaking down with all these stomach bugs and aches and pains.  I have been very fortunate in that I have not been diagnosed with diabetes, but I know that being 115-120 pounds overweight and having a family history of the disease, I'm living on borrowed time unless I do something about it.  The fact that I don't have it, yet, means I can stop the diabetes train before it crashes through the depot.  I can hear the whistle of the train off in the distance, but it hasn't arrived at the depot, yet.  That is my "why" and my motivation.  I can't hide it or sugar coat it any longer.  I'm 2 1/2 months from my 33rd birthday.  I have the body of someone 40-50 years my senior and even that may be too conservative as there are many men in their 70s and 80s who are in much better health than me.  It's time to get moving.

Bushie can give the "doesn't want to cook for one" excuse all he wants, but he never cooked when he lived with his parents or his poor grandmother either.

Bushie is basically a case study in why socialism failed in the United States.

I don't understand why Bushie can't simply stop buying packs of soda from the grocery store. It's not like this stuff rains from the sky. He has no problem not putting vegetables in his shopping cart; just extend the same principle to coke.

Yes, Bushie's saga always reminds me of the classic season 7 episode, "King-Size Homer."

I had a busy afternoon today.  I left at 1220 and took a drive and found the new store that I'll be working at.  I had not been by there before.  Then, I used one of my cheat meals and ate at the Chili's in Owasso.  Then, I went to an existing store in Bixby and looked around.  It is a relatively small store, but it has a lot in it.  I took a look at the meat section and looked behind the counter to get an idea of what I'll be looking at.  Then, I went and upgraded my cell phone as it was due.  I was gone a total of 5 hours.

What kind of phone did you get? Are you on a family plan with your parents?

I upgraded from an iPhone 5S to a iPhone 6+.  No, I'm on my own separate plan with a different carrier.

Wait, what? You are unemployed and yet you purchased the most expensive and trendiest cell phone currently on the market? It's $299 on a two-year contract, plus tax. And your previous phone, the iPhone 5S, isn't even two years old. Apple still sells it. People still buy it. There's no way it was "due" for replacement.

You have no job and yet you think you should be replacing your phone more frequently than the two-year standard? You should not be splurging on ridiculous luxuries that you obviously do not need.

I can't even. I can't even so hard.

Yup, Papa Bushie's gonna have to postpone his retirement for another year. RIP Cry
