I do wonder though if the federal government has jurisdiction to try "terrorism" against regional legislation threads. Perhaps that's better left to regional judicial systems. Do regional judicial systems even exist in Atlasia??

I'll offer an amendment to take into account cynic's concerns and also to clean up the language of section 7 to put it more in line with the other sections.
