What's up, guys?  I'm on a little break in between projects.  I was running late this morning so I didn't have time to post.  I still made it to work on time, though.  I'll be getting off at 16:30.  I'll post when I get home.

I sort of love/hate mornings. If I don't wake up at 6:30, I want to sleep in until 11:30 but I like waking up at 6:30 when I do.

And if I don't go to bed at 10:30, I won't be tired again until 2 am.

That's my Bushie-level quirk.

Another part of the problem is the Southern culture.  Yes, we all know they love them some fatty, greasy carbs, but an equally pressing problem is portion control.  The winner of Teen Chopped a few days ago, an overweight young girl from South Carolina, illustrated this perfectly by heaping a pile on the judges' plates and saying "down south we like to leave with full bellies and a doggy bag for later".  Southerners just keep eating and eating in a single sitting until they just can't stuff any more in there, and that's considered normal.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking of Update when that happened!

Every Braum's has a produce market, they own their own farms, and have a salad menu. It's about as close to a Whole Foods as Oklahoma can provide to its citizens.

Wait Braum's sells salads and produce and Bushie is still getting their bacon cheeseburgers instead?!?! Well if Braum's itself can't make Bushie eat healthy, then I don't think there's much hope.
