nah, Southampton is still in fourth on goal difference I think?

But yes, we are coming closer and closer to our rightful place in the table.

Gerrard is leaving Liverpool at the end of this season. Sad

pls come to NYCFC to replace fat frank

Obviously MLS is kind of silly but I was excited to see Lampard play like twenty minutes from my apartment. Gerrard is much better though, so I'd take him instead thanks.

Having watched the highlights, it looks like PSG really dominated Chelsea. Pretty classic Di Mattero-era champions league performance. Of course, Di Matteo was a loveable underdog, while Mourinho is literally the opposite of that. But I suspect Chelsea will know how to take care of business at Stamford Bridge, 1-0 or so.

Happy for Leverkusen though! Hopefully they can get a result in Spain.

Worst penalty shoot-out I've watched in my entire life. Jesus.

Luckily both Madrid teams will get the good thrashing they deserve next round, after beating our beloved German underdogs.

Also holy sh[inks], Fox Soccer is so terrible. The studio hosts just welcomed us back from the "bonus time" in Madrid, and are now taking us to "Monaco, France" to watch the other game's highlights.

Yeah, I'd much rather watch the game on a television in HD than on a crappy stream on my laptop...

Mixed news out of the Championship, as beloved Wolves fall just short (on goal difference) of making it into the promotion play-offs. Sad But Norwich came in third, so they'll move on!

And Newcastle fall closer and closer to getting accidentally relegated rofl
