Already 1 million people have visited the site today. In fact, traffic seems to be higher than expected leading to some opening day glitches.

Meanwhile, House GOP has now voted 46 times to repeal Obamacare and replace it with nothing.

Ah, so the solution to the 45 million uninsured Americans is to just trust doctors to give them healthcare for free. Literally libertarian fairy dust logic.
