I'll jump on a limb here and say Huntsman surges and Romney falls after this morning's debate.  I'll probably be wrong, but whatever.

Romney: 31%
Huntsman: 28%
Paul: 21%
Gingrich: 9%
Santorum: 8%
Everyone Else: 3%

BTW Unironic Huntsman Supporter, your percentages add up to 103%.
Romney 30%
Huntsman 28%
Paul 21%
Santorum 10%
Gingrich 8%
Perry 1%
Roemer 1%

I hope you guys are right.

Eraserhead's probably right. I'm not really seeing any big Huntsman momentum. The best case scenario I think is Romney at 35% and Paul or Huntsman basically tied at around 20% each.

Is media trying to start a Huntsman surge?

They've been trying to do that since he entered the race.
