Couldn't we just include the EU? Arguing over including all these smaller European nations is kind of ridiculous. If we have Sweden, we should have Denmark, and if Denmark is in, why isn't the Netherlands, and if the Netherlands is in, why isn't Belgium, and it goes on forever.

But why is Sweden more important than the Netherlands? Or New Zealand more important than Chile? I just don't know how you can draw the line here without being arbitrary.

After the GM's news release on this issue, perhaps the language of this bill should be changed to be less unilateral?
