Not a tie, but in 1932 FDR won Winston, Alabama by 1 vote (1,006-1,005).

I think Obama and McCain tied in Iowa County last night. Not sure though.

Iowa County does seem like a tie. CNN has a tie, but I can't find Iowa SoS results.
