Valery Giscard d'Estaing is alive and well and a member of the UDI, unless this is referring to an alternate universe where Giscard had a sex change (and then died) and became known 'Valerie' or some illegitimate sister/half-sister I hadn't heard about. Not sure if Giscard having a sex change would change his politics.

Benito Juarez would probably be in the PRI.
