With my family, yes. My mom is interested and well-informed, and we share broadly the same views and philosophy. My dad is less interested and doesn't care, so I don't talk about it as much with him besides the basic stuff and old political jokes. Other people in my family not so much aside from my aunt who is well-informed, interested and politicized. I sometimes talk about it with my friend, but not too often given that he's a Tory hack who will usually use it as an opportunity to tell me all about the Liberals being awful, horrible tax-gobblers.
