lololol. The Democrats are a corrupt party of old right-wing authoritarian/borderline fascist Northeastern oligarchs who are as far away from economic liberalism (in the correct sense of the term) than Karl Marx. Once again, Wikipedia fails at Brazilian politics!

Canada: Liberal Party of Canada
Chile: PPD or PRSD, though both wider coalitions are decent now
Taiwan: ambivalent
Colombia: Greens
Czech Republic: Greens? All parties suck.
Denmark: Radikale Venstre
Finland: Greens or National Coalition
France: EELV as least worst
Germany: Greens
Greece: Greens as least worst, KKE for jokes
Hungary: LMP
India: INC isn't all that bad, so them
Iraq: lol
Ireland: Fine Gael as least worst? Yeah, all parties suck.
Israel: Meretz, Kadima as least worst strategic vote
Italy: Nichi Vendola's commies, only because the PD sucks

You'd vote for a socialist party? Really? They even have a record in government now, and guess what?

His support for Bloc Quebecois is equally inexplicable. I'm going to assume he just sees "nationalist/sovereigntist" party and supports them. The leader of the Bloc is a former Communist and the party as a whole on the issues of the day is essentially the NDP + Quebec Independence.

It isn't like the Bloc has no right-wing voters, though.
