I will accept an amendment to include the RoK and Norway as friendly.

Just as a note; the GM should inform us of the ratification process of this treaty in each of the concerned countries knowing their governments, legislatures and so forth.

The GTO should include countries of major relevance on the world stage, and countries that are close partners of Atlasian.

People can stop nominating their favourite foreign country.

How does Israel not fit that description?

I never said it didn't. Did I name specifics? No.

I thought the point of a Global Treaty Organization was to make the strongest alliance possible which would entail having as many allies as possible right?

Then why not include the whole damn world in it while we're at it?

Listen, I remain very open to including the EU, Israel, and other countries, but I'm less open to people wanting to include their favourite little country.

Everybody calm the hell down. I won't accept the amendment as friendly not because I disagree with it but because I feel Senators should be allowed to vote for or against the inclusion of certain nations.

And I'm working on trying to make the language "less assertive" and "less unilateral", but it's quite hard unless you turn this bill into hold-hands-and-make-love stuff.

Seeing as there's been no debate on this for a week I'm gonna go ahead and start a final vote.

Please vote aye, nay, or abstain.

I think there still needs a vote on MJ's amendment, since I'm not accepting it as friendly.

I will re-introduce a slightly altered version, hopefully today. There are some things I need to change.

I have withdrawn this legislation (so, I won't be re-introducing a carbon copy).
