IBD/TIPP has Biden leading among independents by 10 and the total is Biden +3.
Data for Progress has Biden leading among independents by 10 and the total is Biden +10.
Two completely different results.

If Biden were polling a normal proportion of the black vote here he would be up by 14 points.

Their "Whites" also include Latinos. Notice they only have White, Black and Asian. Ho separate category for Latinos.
