If the liberal media reported it, the voters should know (ha ha). And certainly they would have raised questions about whether or not frictions between him and the administration led to this. But seriously, I have not heard it. When did he make this decision?

It was around December/January . . . the typical timeframe when cabinet members need to make it known to a President that they wish to leave as so they can start recruiting their replacements before the campaign for re-election.

So Armitage is going to be the new SecState?
