Not really. White nationalists/supremacists are white nationalists/supremacists, not "alt-right."

Alt-Right means an alternative Right politics to the mainstream Right politics that existed before Trump (small government conservatism, neocon foreign policy, religious fundamentalist) associated with the pre-Trump GOP; so anything that is an alternative to that, which participated in the surge of the Right-wing politics in the 2014-now, is Alt Right.
