Russia will definitely be brought up in 2020 in relation to the Russians hacking the Democratic nominee at that time.

Oh, Democrats will almost certainly bring it up. I would be surprised if it didn't backfire spectacularly or had any impact, though.
Serious question how is it in RW world foreign powers donating to the Clinton Foundation (which is a charity) is enough to make Hillary a crook but Trump an his team constantly lying about meeting the Russian ambassador, the RNC platform on Ukraine is changed an reportably by Trump's orders, his over the top defense of Putin, an his decade long rumored ties to Russian oligarchs not even raise an eyebrow
Because most Americans view Saudi Arabia with a negative shade in their eyes. If Saudi Arabia gives you money, most people don't see that as a good thing. Secondly, whats so bad about meeting a foreign ambassador? Third, when was his """"over the top defense"""" of Putin? The most I've heard is "I don't know Putin," not sure how that's an over the top defense though.

I'd like some evidence  for these claims. These are some over the top allegations :/

Why is Saudi Arabia worse than Russia? Saudi Arabia has not shot down airliners, invaded foreign countries, or hacked Americans. Even their record on women's rights is improving, not that Trump supporters give a crap about that. And even if you do hate Saudi Arabia for some unjustified reason, Trump has approved arms sales to Saudi Arabia that had been blocked by Obama for human rights reasons.

-Man, if you're so ignorant as to be unaware of the Saudi interventions in Bahrain and Yemen, you're probably not qualified to be mod. The U.S. has shot down airliners, though. How do you know Saudi Arabia hasn't hacked Americans?

An "intervention" is not an annexation. The US last shot down an airliner in the 1980s, and admitted to the event. The Russians have yet to admit their "rebels" shot down MH 17.

No one gives a sh_t who "invades" another country without intention to annex territory. The US has done that plenty of times, so we're no better. One thing we haven't done though, is gone all-out imperialist and tried to acquire land through conquest. That would be a gross violation of international norms.

The hysterical WWIII red herring is absurd, and will never happen. Attacking North Korea, which has not invaded anyone (conquest or otherwise), is more likely to start WWIII than standing up to Russia.
