Someone can still bring it into the country from Guinea at any time. It'll be a bigger milestone when the outbreak as a whole is declared over.

So you admit you were wrong in saying that millions would die?

I never said the outbreak would be declared over, I just said it would be a bigger milestone if it were declared over. But clearly, millions could die before that, if not billions.
