You can look at the map for yourself (not trying to be rude, I'm just kind of busy right now), but off the top of my head, New York and Michigan lose EV's and Georgia and Texas gain some.

Assuming all states vote the same as they did in 2008, the Republicans will see a net gain of 6 EVs according to the projections offered by this map.
